(transl.: The text of "Sternendonner" was meant to consist of three 16-runes fugues. In the estate of the Otto Nebel only the beginning of the first fugue was found realized. The printed version of this fragment can be found in the companion "Otto Nebel - Das Dichterische Werk" book 2 (Edition Text + Kritik 1979).)

"Die Aufnahme entstand im Juli 1973, zwei Monate vor Nebels Tod, in dessen Wohnung in Bern (Schweiz)."
