Packaged in a standard jewel case with 8-page booklet.

Second pressing: 500 copies.

There are only slight differences between the 2 pressings, the first has slightly sturdier paper, the second has glossier paper and the quality/resolution is better. Colour printing of the back tray insert differs quite notably, especially the right spine which fades from deep orange to blue (whereas the original fades red to purple). Clearly a different subcontracted printer was used by Technicolor for each pressing.
