Handwritten titles are negatives of those on the white-background sleeve, P.E.D. - The Bulgarian Secret Police M&M Torture Trick. Information is the same, but this sleeve has photo and design credits for Melissa 'M&M' Marsh.

Blank white labels with handwritten artist and side info in marker.

Copies exist with folded inserts with lengthy typewritten thank-yous and insults: "POST EJACULATION DEPRESSION WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE FOLLOWING..."
