The second and third pressings (300 and 700 respectively) of this record had black and white center labels, as opposed to the first pressing (of 1000), which had orange and white center labels. Besides this, the covers and inserts are identical: covers and inserts were over-pressed in quantities of 2000 to accommodate subsequent pressings, and records were pressed to fill these until they ran out. A small amount of third-pressing copies exist with a thinner, glossy insert...there weren't enough of the original thick, matte offset printed inserts to fill the entire pressing, so a hundred or so were made for the copies sold on the band's 2016 European tour.
