The free 7 inch included - P.T.L. Klub - Living Death Ⅱ - (as stated on the front cover) was provided with just the white inner sleeve and no front cover. The Valu-Pak 12" cover is just a somewhat altered version of the original P.T.L. Klub - 13 Comandments LP.Mystic Records released a couple of these Valu Pak Series (Dr. Know, The Mentors, Ill Repute e.g.) in the late 80's.
