Volume Seven of the Selected Songs series.

On metallic gold-foil cassettes, hand-numbered (edition of 300), packaged in letterpress and offset-print boxes by Stumptown Printers Worker Cooperative. Accompanied by 3 special risograph "baseball card style" portrait cards and a Precision Images/Whatnow Press risograph 36 page booklet (featuring a personal essay by Selected Songs series co-curator Andrew Barton interspersed with liner notes by Will Oldham).

Previously uncollected. Appears on Louisville Sluggers III (limited edition 7’’, Self-Destruct Records, 1993).

2. TWO MORE DAYS
Previously uncollected. Appears on the compilation Love Is My Only Crime part 2 (CD, Veracity Records, Europe, 1993).

3. FOR THE MEKONS ET AL
Previously uncollected in this original version, which appears on the Hey Drag City! Compilation, (Drag City Records, 1994). A live version was on the Palace Live 7’’ (Palace Records, 1996), then collected on Guarapero: Lost Blues II (as Will Oldham, Drag City, 2000).

Much of the material was sourced from the BPB mixtape series (volumes one through seven), the rest came from a few far corners, and it all is for you to now enjoy.

Includes extensive liner notes: an essay by series co-curator Andrew Barton on his experience as a listener, interspersed with illuminating liner notes written by Will Oldham himself. The notes read like two sections of the same stream flowing in tandem, sometimes intersecting for a moment to catch the light.
