Released in 1996 equally as 'Arise Therefore' limited companion cd by Domino UK: same amount of copies, same artwork (only differences: Domino version has a slightly smaller and thinner cardboard cover - 3/4 inch - and a sticker with title and short description on front, RUG46CD).

Re-released in 1998 on Drag City as "Black / Rich Music" by Will Oldham (again DC100CD), with different artwork.

Issued in a card maxi-sleeve.
