Released in three-panel digipak-like cardboard case, including original LP liner notes and photos, 16 panel interview insert (as originally developed for original release, but not included at the time), and 16 page booklet with photos and essays.
Reissue CDs feature original Solid Rock style artwork with logos.
Released digitally via Bandcamp from Alternative Records in February 2024.

Before the first track on Disc 2, there is an uncredited, unlisted two-minute long song that is called "Gotta Go To Church!", originally released by The Churchgoers. The Churchgoers consisted of John Pantano, along with David Edwards and Bill Elfstrom. Only 100 known copies were pressed of the original 7" of this 1978 single. This track is not playable on some CD players.
