Comes with 5 inserts: 3 songsheets, 1 listing the tracks and musicians and 1 insert like the cover but colored.

This is not correct. It comes with three paper inserts (these match the lyrics) and two thin card slicks that are intended to be trimmed and glued to the sleeve (cover image and credits). Nothing is coloured unless by hand after the event. There seem to be duplicates of all inserts randomly in these LPs.
