This CD EP is housed in a card sleeve.

Some copies have a barcode sticker over the original packaging barcode (a post-manufacturing variation). This sticker has a 'Semaphore' logo on it, which confirms that this release was distributed by them in Europe, along with being marketed in Australia by Au-go-go.

The 12-inch vinyl version of 'Patterson's Curse' includes an extra track, B3: 'Pieces of Danny'. In Australia this song was also included on the 1992 Shagpile various artists compilation 'Cranked Up Really High'.
