Copies were made available with an autographed art card. This art card was not contained within the shrink-wrap, instead came in a separate sealed clear bag with a barcoded identification sticker applied to the reverse.

Copies may come with a sticker applied to the shrink-wrap: "Made in Germany".

Runouts are stamped except for the final character on each side which is etched.
