Single matt sleeve (no gatefold) with hype sticker, printed lyrics inner and a large poster.
The 'Third Man Records' logo is printed on sleeve back side, spine and labels.
As posted on Paul McCartney's Twitter account, 333 copies of this release became available on September 2021, and then another 3,000 became available later on October 22nd in indie record stores, and on the RSD website.

The large poster has on one side the same image of the poster which came with the Red vinyl editions McCartney III and McCartney III.
On the other side is a large photo collage where the upper part is the same as the inside of the Red Dice gatefold sleeve, the middle part is from the Green Dice gatefold sleeve and the lower part is from the White Dice gatefold sleeve.
