Track 1 is a previously unreleased version which was recorded 2 weeks after the Duel Sessions were completed
Tracks 4 to 7, and 9 to 11 have additional recording done by Paul Roland at the time of the remastering. The most common change is to double-track the vocals.
Tracks 12 to 18 were recorded live in the studio immediately prior to the Duel Sessions and were distributed to radio
for broadcast as "Live Radio Sessions"
Tracks 12 and 16 previously released on Paul Roland - Duel along with a version of "Baby Let's Play House" from the same sessions which is not present here.
Tracks 19 and 20 are pre-album demos

1 to 6, 8 to 11: Recorded at Elsewhere Studios, Kent. November 7th 1988 - January 24th 1989.
"Alice's House" recorded at Oakwood Studios, Canterbury, Kent.

Originally released in 1989.
