Specially pressed CD with different label artwork to the standard US edition. This is housed inside a gold plastic compact (with mirror in the lid), together with a circular shaped version of the liner notes insert and a big white "powder puff". The compact nestles in a square black velvet bag and this in turn is housed inside a glossy cardboard outer box, sealed and carrying a rectangular sticker "Limited Edition". The track listing on the back of the box lists the tracks as "ingredients". The barcode sticker is on the back of the cardboard box. Promotional editions of this release have a "For Promotional Use Only" sticker on the barcode.
