Tracks 11-14 recorded live on Lost In America Tour in 1990. Track 14 performed unplugged by David Surkamp and Doug Rayburn.
Tracks 15 & 16 recorded live on European Tour in 2005 (Spectrum, Augsburg).
Tracks 17 & 18 recorded live on European Tour in 2006 (Metropolis Music Hall, Munich). Track 17 performed unplugged by David Surkamp, previously unreleased. Track 18 performed unplugged by David & Sara Surkamp.

Comes in an ordinary CD jewel case and two-page booklet.
