"Self Help" originally released on Waiting For The Ladies.
"Challengers" originally released on Challenger.
"Returns" is previously unreleased.

The track listing on the sleeve of "Man With Garbage" is incorrect. Tracks 1 and 3 are the same tracks as sides A and B respectively of the Challenger cassette, while track 4 is "Self Help", as released on Waiting For The Ladies.
