The original voicing of "Get Up Stand Up" included the line "don't be no ni**er now". Herbie Miller, Tosh's manager, reports that CBS demanded the phrase being deleted, and Peter re-voice that part of the vocal. The first voicing did appear on early copies of the Jamaican release of "Equal Rights" album, with matrix numbers reading DSR 9413 A and DSR 9414 B.Run-out grooves:
