Bran Russell is a Welsh artist from Cardiff. Tropical Light is his first release under the pseudonym Phare (lighthouse in French). Sound experiment, homage to the pioneers of the genre while keeping a resolutely futuristic course, the music of Phare is above all an ambient concept, with minimal melodies.
