"Amazon Signed Exclusive" version. Comes in a standard clear jewelcase, the standard booklet has been removed and replaced by a very poorly-cut cardboard print, which means that the signatures of all three band members have been cut in half, and the print doesn't fit well in the jewelcase. The printed barcode has been stickered over with a unique barcode for this version, and the jewelcase has been re-wrapped with a thin foil.
This seems to be the case across most, if not all, copies.
