In my opinion, genre and style should be "Propaganda".
According to Bergmeier/Lotz: "Hitler`s Airwaves", Yale University Press New Haven & London, 1997, p. 252/253, both sides were recorded Berlin, Reichssender, c. October 1939; VI an VII are transfers from 15cm (10") records IV and V to the 25cm (12") format, not separate mx. nos. or alternative takes.
