Back cover says Sigar in stead of Cigar.
This reissue is using "LORA Records" dark blue labels with the song titles. It also has an additional picture on the back cover of Roger Waters which the first issue did not have.
That first issue had white labels with "Dance & Ball Enterprises" in black print:
