Japanese copy of the German first pressing.This is a Japanese bootleg copy of "Pink Floyd" (that's the title), of an earlier German bootleg released in 1971. It was recorded & produced by Robert Nitz. The artwork was by Carl Thomas-Wiese and this release was simply called "Pink Floyd". It is otherwise, passionately, known to collectors as "The Spread Legs Cover". The original German catalog number is M-502.
This here release was packaged in a plain, non-gatefold, white cover with pasted on front & back cover slicks
with the original artwork. Two black vinyl records with plain red & blue labels.
According to the "floydboots.com" website, this was released in 1974.
The sound quality is rated "excellent". It was sourced from
"Grosser Saal Musikhalle" in Hamburg, Germany on February 25, 1971.
