Placement's first album, 'Our Man In High Places' features 10 tracks of locational ambient music representing Himalayan landscapes and situations. Further to the music, there are accompanying texts within the booklet that relate to each track in turn. The CD has subsequently been issued with a download counterpart (including an extra track entitled 'All Man Made Watery Terrain') via the group's Bandcamp page from the 7th of September 2011.

The exterior artwork is predominantly blue and white and the contained compact disc printed in a bright orange.
