Tracks 6 & 12 originally released on CD in 1993 as Planet P Project.
Tracks 13 & 14 originally released on 12" in 1983 as Why Me? (Extended Version).
Tracks 15 & 16 are previously unreleased.

This cover reproduces the first pressing which identifies the artist and title simply as "Planet P". Latter pressings were changed to "Planet P Project" because of a copyright infringement lawsuit from the group Planet Patrol. "Planet P Project" appears on both spines and the disc face.
