All tracks suffer from heavy over-compression... which can be a good thing, say for example, when throwing a retro track into a set of more modern electro, where most tracks will also be heavy on the compression. Some tweaking of the bass / mid / treble knobs on the mixer would be recommended if attempting to use tracks from this record in a purely retro old school set however.
