This cassette was self-released by Plecid. The j-card sleeve is plain white cardstock, that was hand-colored with black marker. The "PLECID" cover logo and both of the cassette's clear plastic reel windows were hand-colored with a purple marker. Originally, there were no indications of the track listing. However, the track listing was latter revealed on the official compact disc re-release from The Ajna Offensive in 1996.

This release was latter officially distributed by Chuck Collison via his Happiest Place On Earth / Happiest Tapes On Earth label, where it was assigned the unofficial "HA14" catalog number. The "HA14" catalog number does not exist anywhere on the j-card sleeve or the physical cassette, and was only printed in Happiest Place On Earth / Happiest Tapes On Earth mail order flyers and catalogs.
