This cassette was self released by Plecid. This cassette is officially referred to as Plecid: "Untitled". However, no band name or title is printed anywhere on the physical cassette or j-card sleeve. The cover depicts the Plecid Foundation symbol. The cassette has hand-applied labels with track titles, and each label is hand-stamped with a Plecid Foundation ink stamp. A small folded sheet of paper was also included which contained a redundant track listing, and was also hand-stamped with a Plecid Foundation ink stamp.

This release was latter officially distributed by Chuck Collison via his Happiest Place On Earth / Happiest Tapes On Earth label, where it was assigned the unofficial "HA16" catalog number. The "HA16" catalog number does not exist anywhere on the j-card sleeve or the physical cassette, and was only printed in Happiest Place On Earth / Happiest Tapes On Earth mail order flyers and catalogs.
