The definitive title is not clear from the release. i) R.S.V.P. is listed before Familus Horribilus on the front cover, ii) Familus Horribilus appears first on the CD and appears as a title of sorts above the tracklisting on the back cover and iii) the spine simply states Remix CD. The CD1 release does, however, refer to the family of releases (12"/CD1/CD2/MC) as R.S.V.P. / Familus Horribilus on the inner panel.
