Collects most of the cassette songs that the previous compilation ( Porcupine Tree - On The Sunday Of Life... ) missed.

Repackaged 6 panel digipak CD edition with new artwork and design, including a booklet with sleeve notes and information about the original cassette releases.

The music was originally released on cassette tapes in 1989-1991, then compiled and reissued as Yellow Hedgerow Dreamscape , a limited CD in 1994, and later on vinyl with one track substituted (the song "Out" replaced a cover version of the Prince song "The Cross"). This CD edition stays with the revised 1999 vinyl track listing and is only available from the Headphone Dust online store.

Recorded and mixed on various home studio setups 1984-1991. Remastered for this CD edition in December 2012.

Yellow Hedgerow Dreamscape is a combination of early archive material from 1984 to 1991.
The tracks gathered in Yellow Hedgerow Dreamscape are the ones not made available in the first "official" release of Porcupine Tree, On the Sunday of Life….

The original three cassettes are Tarquin's Seaweed Farm (1989, 80 minutes), Love, Death & Mussolini (1990, 36 minutes) and The Nostalgia Factory (1990, 70 minutes, includes reprints of all but the last 2 tracks on the previous EP). All were available as a private pressing with booklet (approximately 100 copies each, although only 10 copies of the EP), later reissued in 1991 by Delerium Records as a limited edition of 300 copies each.
"Out" is one of the 2 tracks from the Love Death and Mussolini EP that wasn't included on The Nostalgia Factory.
