In 2000, 100 or so copies of the Grey album were first released with hand-made covers, containing early material, some of which was reworked for 2001's "The Uncertainty Of The Monkey".

This version has grey sleeve background and purple title letters.

Tracks 7 and 8 are switched on the back cover; the correct running order is:
- Track 7: "Beautiful Beast"
- Track 8: "The Cryptid"
