Tracks 1-2 through 1-6 recorded in the studio in June 1970.
Tracks 1-13 and 1-14 are home demo recordings by Povel and were never used in the show.

CD 2 recorded live at Berns, Stockholm, 29/30 April 1974, except:
2-3, 2-5, 2-7, 2-11, 2-12, 2-13: Studio recordings from 1974.
2-14: Recorded live at Göteborgs Konserthus, November 2000.

Tracks 1-13, 1-14, 2-8, 2-11, and 2-14 are bonus tracks on the CD release.
