Our relationship with Saskatoonʼs Powder Blue goes back to their first release, Dream In Black, when Dub Ditch Picnic produced a cassette version of their self released LP.

We were approached to release II in the fall of last year to coincide with the bandʼs European tour in December 2014. No more than 4 days after the discs arrived, we were informed that the Power Blues Band was going to initiate legal action if a name change didnʼt occur. Hence the new handle - The Radiation Flowers.

New name, new member – Chris Laramee (Shooting Guns) - same proper 4AD style shoegaze/psych sound – only better.
