From the Pray TV archived bandcamp page for this release: "Original CD EP pressing from 1992 on Shock Records. Packaged in a folded cardboard cover (in multiple colours) in a CD single sized plastic bag. There was also an unreleased 'car crash' photo version pictured here."

The different background colours for the covers are: blue (THIS), red and brown/orange.
