'On all of these pieces I was limited to one large living room, a few pieces of equipment, some selected acoustic and electric instruments, and my tape machines. My idea was to use the inspirations of 20th century minimalism and early electronic music as a jumping off point for me to create do-it-yourself sound worlds that can exist as their own parts of a cycle.'
