Limited edition of 500. In clear plastic sleeve with two stickers: “Sessanta Blue Party Swirl” on front and hand written release number on rear. Single-sided 12-inch vinyl, Side B is etched with Zoltron artwork.

Sold at Phoenix and San Diego shows of Sessanta tour.

The 'Sessanta' E.P.P.P. was issued as part of the joint April / May 2024 U.S. tour and 60th birthday celebrations for Maynard James Keenan.

Runouts are etched. The "1" in "NPV-24 ̶1̶02A" is scratched out with a "0", and then the cat # is etched correctly again.
