Issued in a square, tri-fold 6-panel wallet/digisleeve with a spine with two crescent-shaped pockets on the inside of the right panel and the left panel. It includes a 20-page booklet with artwork, photography, memorabilia and sleeve reproductions, credits and sleeve notes.

May have a black/red hype sticker with white font on the front cover reading "Procol Harum 40 Years / Digitally remastered from original master tapes / 4 previously unreleased bonus tracks / 20-page booklet / in-depth liner notes". Regarding the package, this sticker is the only source for the "Procol Harum 40 years" series and for remastering (simply "mastered" everywhere else on the release).
