According to the words of Mr. Jason Wineland, who happens to be the owner of After World Records, only 2 copies of this test pressing exist carrying nothing else but white labels on both sides.

(This is wrong 2 more copies do exist. Paul Ledney has one copy and there is another copy also these were written in script saying "Profanatica" on one side of the 7" which is a big hole in the record and not the small hole. The pressing plant wrote the band name on the test pressings no one else.)

Housed in a generic white inner, no sleeve or proof sleeve prepared.
