Concept album which follows from the end of Professor Elemental's album 'School Of Whimsy'. The titular Nemesis was created as part of a contest within the fanbase and played by Adam Felman under the name Officer Problem. Housed in a 6 panel Digipak the album contains liner notes giving an abridged prologue leading up to the releases story.
Track 18 features an instrumental sample of "Carbon Bubble" by Bab Brinkman from his 2016 album 'The rap Guide To Climate Change' (misspelt "Clinate Change" in the album's notes).
