Released in a folded over sheet of copper wrapped in twine with an attached label.
Included in this release is a two page booklet, a cloth inner dust sleeve, and an outer clear plastic sleeve.
Some copies were released with a sticker which has catalog and barcode information.

Later re-released by Scratch as SCR18CD in a standard jewel case.
