8 page booklet includes a history, by Kerry Livgren, of the first 2 incarnations of Kansas (this being the 2nd-of the 3) as well as White Clover and Saratoga from this early period. Also a rundown of all the songs with information on them, a 2002 section by Kerry about the recordings of these 2 demos and the live songs, 4 more full 7-piece band photos, member photo and credits.

This release comes in a clear tray Jewel Case with live photo and another photo of the 7-piece band (different from the 4 in the booklet) inside of the insert card.

Some copies may also include an oversized obi.

The first three tracks [...] were recorded in late 1971, literally in a cavern north of Kansas City.
Tracks 4-7 were recorded in late '72 in a small studio in Liberal, Kansas.
The Live Recordings
Both of these tracks were recorded live at the "Red Dog Inn" in Lawrence, Kansas, 1972.
