This version has folded black photocopy artwork (some copies also have one set of goggles/glasses hand-colored in pale orange).
The sleeve is numbered on the inside, and comes with an insert.
Another version (Pseudo Code - Far Away From My Own Land) is a conventionally-printed sleeve with a small 7x7cm image and a broad white border. The disks are identical.
