Packaging: a slipcase holding one 2 CD jewel case, containing A Social Grace plus the bonus DVD, with a 16-page booklet and clear double tray, plus one standard jewel case, containing Mosquito, with a 16-page booklet and clear disc tray.

DVD-3 is given the title of 'A Social Grace CD Release Party (Soma, San Diego 1991)' on the printed portions of the release but 'Live At Soma, San Diego (Bootleg, 1991)' in the DVD menu.
DVD-3 is a single track featuring the following setlist, with approximate running times for each section (no titles are printed for these on the release itself):

The title of Track CD2-10.3 is only mentioned in the credits in the Mosquito booklet.
