Issued in a gatefold sleeve of thick cardstock. Picture inner card sleeve, top opening.
Includes rare photos, ephemera, fold-out 24" x 36" matte poster, and a 3" circular high gloss vinyl sticker.
Also includes a full sized four page booklet.
Package came shrink-wrapped, affixed to which is a large barcoded hype sticker. There is no barcode on the sleeve itself.

Runouts are etched excepting "•• GOLDEN" which are stamped.
