This CD is a live recording of Pulp's concert at the London Forum in Kentish Town on 20 October 1995. The CD was part of a series of live recordings that were used for syndicated radio shows. It is housed in a paper wallet and comes with a four page insert containing a biography, news, interview transcription, details of the segments/song numbers/titles and credits.

Track titles 3 (Razzmatazz) and 11 (Mis-Shapes) are spelt incorrectly on the insert. All titles and segment numbers are shown as they appear in the insert. Segment times are incorrect in the insert. Their respective durations are 14:45, 15:13, 14:31, 15:17, 2:12 and 0:41. Song durations within each segment are timed as they are not shown in the insert.
