The third recording of Purgatory, who years later would become Iced Earth. The demo tape was also reissued after they changed their name, although Jon Schaffer considers Enter The Realm to be the true first Iced Earth demo.

This includes the same demos of "Jack" and "In Jason's Mind" that are on the previous demo "Psychotic Dreams", but also the new song "Dracula". All three songs were re-rerecorded on the band's self-titled reunion EP in 2018.
