This 1945 Victor recording (dubbing) replaced the version of Dec. 20, 1941. The original 1941 recordings were issued on Victor album DM-915 (11-8247/9), but quickly withdrawn. Although the Philadelphia Orchestra had in the interim entered in an exclusive contract with Columbia Records, that contract allowed Victor to remake sides from unissued existing recordings. This is the only instance in which this clause was exercised.
