Made up of members from Death Bells, Berzerker Boyz, Controlled, Ill Brigade and countless other Sydney and South Coast HC groups. Quick Fix’s music could be compared not only to Boston hardcore from the past and present (à la Exit Order) but in the riffs of ‘Equalizing Distort’ era Gauze, only mixing these influences with the heavily phaser and chorus-affected punk that Sydney has become known for in contemporaries like Oily Boys, Low Life & Nervous Habit. In this first release the four-piece addresses personal and political matters such as discrimination and land rights through fast & angry minute-long tracks. This is hardcore in 2018; short, simple and overtly political.
