Cover has a brownish hue, different from black and white/grayscale original covers.
Front cover has replica "Featuring" songs hype sticker and Parental Advisory sticker, both printed ON the cover. These stickers were typically found on the original 1992 release.
Back cover has replica "Don't Kill For Bush" sticker, incorrect (wrong year) Epic logo under barcode, redesigned track listing, personnel, and copyright disclaimer.

Spine has "RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE" and "Z 52960" catalog number in generic white font.

Insert is redesigned with burning monk photo on one side. Opposite side has two photos of the band (circa 1992 and 1999) and, for some reason, a photo of Eddie Vedder from 2010. Like the cover, the insert also has a brown hue, not grayscale.
