Tracks 2-1 to 2-15 are all previously unreleased, except 2-11, previously unavailable on CD. All recorded at Grampa Studios, Brooklyn, NY.
Tracks 2-3 to 2-6 - Remixed January 2013 at Slabbey Road Studios (West).
Track 2-10: Previously Unreleased.
Track 2-11: From 'The Bands That Ate New York'.
