This appears to be a Terre Haute Promo pressing as evidenced by plant #73 on outer label edge just before Casablanca manufacturing credits. Also with T1 etched into runouts. Gold stamping on upper right corner of the rear of the jackets and "Promotional Copy" printing on the label along with DJ suffix is found on the disk labels. The release number on the jacket spine lacks the suffix.
